Let us worry about production and product quality, while you devote your attention to design, marketing and logistics.

A. Systematic Management (ISO 9001:2000)

ISO 9001:2000 is the quality management system that our company deploys to align our internal organizational standards with our customer needs. With clearly defined quality policies and responsibilities, well managed documentations and records, and most importantly, in-depth process analysis and inspection, we are able to ensure consistency of operations and performance in production. The diagram below explains the actual steps entailed in the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system.

B. Integrated Information System

We pride ourselves on our integrated information system which allows us to proficiently manage our production process. The integrated infrastructure explains how we stay connected within our company and beyond. Information on production progress, stock levels, material prices and staff utilization can all be tracked by this system. It enables us to arrange for procurement, strategize workflow and gauge efficiency, and overall to manage dynamic changes that transpire in our business.
C. Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) systems

We believe the most efficacious way of production is to manufacture the products correctly upfront. We have several campaigns to implement this ideology among our floor workers.

Our second check point is the Manufacture Quality Control Team. This team monitors each procedure to make sure that every step is in strict accordance with ISO 9002 standards. On the production line the ratio of workers to QC members is 10: 1.

After all the manufacturing procedures are completed, the products are ready for packaging. Packaging is the responsibility of the Packaging Quality Control Team. It checks every single product and filter out any item that is below the required standards. We refuse to package any item that is inferior; only the approved products are packaged.

That is not all. The final check is the Quality Assurance Team. This team audits the packaged products in our warehouse to guarantee that everything is in the finest condition. Without their approval, no product is shipped; this is our strict policy.

D. Managing our Supply Chain

In the passage of time, we have established good and long-standing relationship with many of our suppliers. Through collaborative business planning and forecasting, we are able to increase our collective flexibility and responsiveness to changes and unforeseeable events.

We source from suppliers in different places, such as China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Korea. This mode of sourcing provides us with ready access to and choice of a wide range of accessories: YKK zippers, Cordura fabrics, Nifco buckles and National Moulding (Duraflex) buckles etc.
